Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 17, 2026

Thank you for using our app ("we", "our", or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application (the "App"), available on the App Store and Google Play.

1. Overview

Your privacy is very important to us. Our App is designed to help users learn languages through listening and understanding tasks. We keep the experience fully private — no account creation, no tracking, and no personal data collection.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or share any personal information. This includes:

  • No names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
  • No voice recordings are stored on our servers or retained after processing (see "AI-Generated Content" below regarding speech transcription during talking lessons).
  • No location, contacts, or device identifiers are collected.
  • No analytics or usage tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.) are integrated.

The App operates entirely on your device except when retrieving AI-generated content (see below).

3. AI-Generated Content

The App uses leading language and voice models from multiple third-party AI providers to:

  • Generate lesson content and learning tasks.
  • Create AI-generated voiceovers.
  • Transcribe your speech during talking lessons (speech-to-text).

Requests are sent securely to these providers' APIs. These requests may include lesson parameters (e.g., target language, difficulty level), but never contain any personally identifying information. The specific providers we rely on may change over time.

During talking lessons, audio captured from your microphone is transmitted to a third-party AI provider to be transcribed into text. This audio is used solely to provide the transcription and is not stored on our servers or used to identify you. Transcription is governed by the AI provider's own privacy and data-retention practices.

4. Free Features, Purchases, and Trial Period

The App offers both free and premium features. Premium features are available through a subscription of $12.99 USD per month (or equivalent in your local currency); additional taxes may apply in some countries. A 7-day free trial is available to all new users.

All payments and subscriptions are handled securely by the Apple App Store and Google Play. We do not have access to your payment details, billing information, or account identifiers.

5. Data Storage and Security

Since we do not collect or store user data, no personal information is kept on our servers. All lesson and progress data (if any) are stored locally on your device and deleted when you uninstall the App.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is designed for general use and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. As no personal data is collected, the App fully complies with COPPA and similar privacy laws.

7. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party AI providers to generate educational content and voiceovers and to transcribe speech during talking lessons. Each provider processes requests under its own privacy policy and data-retention practices.

No analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs are integrated.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected within the App or on its store listing, with an updated "Last updated" date.

Five Ways to Practice a Language with AI

Hear Real Speech

Hear real sentences with natural pronunciation. Try to catch the meaning before revealing any text. This is how your brain builds real listening comprehension — the skill most apps never train.

Read Real Stories

Read short, engaging stories — from fairy tales to science facts. New words stick because you absorb them in context, not from a flashcard deck. Tap any sentence for a full breakdown.

Watch. Then Check.

Short videos play without subtitles first, forcing your brain to process the language in real time. On the second play, text appears to confirm what you caught. Swipe through like a feed.

Chat Without Fear

Chat with an AI tutor who adapts to your level, guides the conversation, and never judges your mistakes. When you're done, get a detailed report on your strengths, weak spots, and grammar.

Speak Out Loud

Practice real voice conversations with an AI teacher who listens, responds, and fixes your pronunciation on the spot. Like a private tutor — available anytime, no booking needed.

Save Every Word Worth Keeping

See a word you want to remember? Add it to your Vocabulary Wallet with one tap — from any lesson, in any mode. Each saved word comes with a simple explanation in your target language, real meanings, and audio, all stored right on your device.

Turn Saved Words Into Words You Know

Your wallet isn't a list you forget — it's a practice deck. Every word climbs from "I've seen it," to multiple choice, to spelling it from memory. Get it wrong and it comes back; get it right and it graduates to Done.
