Welcome to our app ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application (the "App") available on the App Store and Google Play. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of the App

The App is designed to help users improve their language skills through AI-generated lessons and voiceovers. It uses leading AI models from multiple third-party providers to create realistic and engaging language-learning experiences. The specific providers and models we rely on may change over time as technology evolves.

While the App strives for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions. You acknowledge that all generated content is provided "as is" and should not be relied upon as professional or educational advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age in your country) to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. License to Use

When you access the App — whether through free features, the trial period, or a paid subscription — you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal device for private, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, or modify any part of the App.
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to access the underlying APIs directly.
  • Use the App in any way that could interfere with or damage the App or its services.

4. Fair Use and API Protection

The App communicates with the APIs of third-party AI providers to generate lessons and voiceovers. You agree not to overuse, abuse, or harm these APIs in any way, including but not limited to:

  • Sending automated or excessive requests.
  • Attempting to bypass rate limits or usage restrictions.
  • Using the App to generate harmful, abusive, or unlawful content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if such behavior is detected.

5. Free and Premium Access

The App offers both free and premium features. Certain features are available free of charge, while full access to premium features requires a paid subscription.

The premium subscription is available for $12.99 USD per month (or equivalent in your local currency, such as €12.99 in the Eurozone). Additional taxes may apply in some countries. All payments and subscriptions are processed securely through the App Store or Google Play. We do not handle or store any payment data directly.

Trial Period

New users receive a 7-day free trial to explore all features of the App. No payment is required during the trial period.

After the 7-day trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged the monthly subscription fee through your App Store or Google Play account, unless you cancel beforehand. If you cancel, you can continue using the App's free features.

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

  • iOS (App Store): Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Select the App → Cancel Subscription
  • Android (Google Play): Open Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Select the App → Cancel Subscription

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the App until then. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

6. Intellectual Property

All text, visuals, and code within the App are the property of the developer. AI-generated content is provided for personal learning only and may not be redistributed, republished, or sold.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding:

  • The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content.
  • Continuous or error-free operation of the App.

You acknowledge that AI systems may produce mistakes, outdated information, or unexpected outputs, and you agree to use the App at your own discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from:

  • The use or inability to use the App.
  • Errors or omissions in AI-generated content.
  • Network or third-party service interruptions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App or your access to it at any time without notice, especially in cases of abuse, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the App or on its store listing with an updated "Last updated" date.
